Florian and Michael had the idea of making customer service jobs bookable and helping to release craftsmen from the burden of bureaucratic tasks during a digitisation course. Through the course, they got to know Armin, who thought it was a great idea. Dietmar and Patrick contributed additional IT and craftsman's skills and the five of them founded the start-up.

The founding team persevered with refining their idea, conducted interviews and surveys with craftsmen and consumers, tested the idea and began developing the mytoni product.

After months of dedicated development and extensive testing, in September 2024, mytoni will go live. Currently in Italy, but further afield in future!
